3D Printing

The Additive Manufacturing process of 3D Printing has proven to be more efficient, faster, cheaper and safer than more traditional subtractive manufacturing methods. A 3D Model is needed to begin the process. The object can be then printed layer by layer in a variety of different materials in order to be immediately fit for purpose.

Our 3D Printing hub supports an array of the best in both Filament and SLA Liquid Resin Printers including:

• Ultimaker S5 – Build Volume: 330mm x 240mm x 300mm 
• Formlabs Form 2 – Build Volume: 145mm x 145mm x 175mm
• Formlabs Form 3 –Build Volume: 145mm x 145mm x 185mm
• Formlabs Form 3L – Build Volume: 335mm x 200mm 300mm

Larger files can be split and printed in multiple parts before being reassembled. With innumerable uses in today’s world, we are printing larger, more detailed parts even faster than ever before.
